What are the shipment costs?
On all orders above £ 45, shipment is free to all countries in Europe!
If your order is less than £ 45, you can easily view the shipment costs by placing the product(s) you want in the shopping basket. How to handle? Just place the product(s) in the shopping basket by pressing ADD TO CART, next press PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. In the Checkout screen at STEP 1 you can fill out your delivery country. The screen will refresh itself and will show you what the shipment costs is for delivery to the selected country.
Delivery to a pick-up point
In some cases (depending on the country you have selected) you also have the option of getting your package delivered to a pick-up point. The shipping costs for this service are lower than when you choose the package to be sent to a specific (home) address. Please note: Your package stays for a maximum of 7 days at a pick-up point. If the package is not collected by you, it will be returned to Silk'n.
Do I need to pay any additional taxes or custom duties?
Shipments take place with the parcel courier DPD. We ship your parcel from our warehouse in the Netherlands to all countries in Europe. The total amount you see in the Checkout screen is what you need to pay; you will see a guaranteed order total, including all shipment costs and any applicable duties and taxes. You do not have to pay any additional taxes or custom duties when the parcel is delivered to your address. This means that the courier will not charge you any extra money.
How long will it take before your parcel arrives at your address?
Below you can see the lead times per country. These are indications and are based on average figures. The lead times for the islands and remote area can be 1 or 2 working days extra. If you place your order before 3 PM on working days, we guarantee to ship your parcel the very same day! We only ship to the countries listed below, with the exception of some countries and areas that are also listed below.
1 – 2 working days:
Belgium, Germany , Luxembourg, Netherlands
2 – 4 working days:
Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
4 – 8 working days:
Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Serbia
Please note: The following countries / territories are excluded from shipping:
Guernesey, Jersey, Islas Canarias, Porto Santo, Andorra, Ballearen, Reunión, Port Louis, Funchal, Isla de Man, Ouessant, Albania, Andorra, Chipre, Macedonia, Malta, Moldavia, Montenegro, Turquía, Ucrania, Martinique.
