Poor construction of brush heads
When I purchased my Silk’n sonic toothbrush in September 2022 I was pleased with the item after about 2.5 - 3 months whilst using it the brush head collapsed and I ended with a mouth of bristles so I changed the brush and low and behold the same thing happened after about 2 weeks, I therefor ordered from you 2 x packs of 4 brush heads, the first two I used did exactly the same so I have stopped using as it is not fit for purpose I have kept these last 2 brush heads in case you wanted to check them and I still have 6 unused from my order.
